Mandarin Cake

Really soft, moist, and rich - unlike any cake you have ever had. Works really well as cupcakes, too! No frosting needed, although it can be glazed if desired.

Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines Golden Butter Recipe Cake mix
1 large box Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling
1 small can of DOLE Mandarin Oranges
1 stick of butter, softened
3 large egg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together until light and fluffy. Pour into prepared baking dish, or lined muffin tin. For cake, bake 40-45 minutes. For muffins, follow time on back of cake mix box and check after the earliest time. If more time is needed than the longest time, bake in 5 minute intervals.

The cake should bounce back and an inserted toothpick should be clean for them to be done.
